HealthReach Website Redesign Proposal
For this project, I worked with a partner to plan a simulated redesign for HealthReach’s website and its content. My team was given a request for a proposal (RFP) that covered the goals of the company and all other requirements for the content strategy team.
From there, my teammate and I worked together to analyze the current setup and content of the site. Because the company is a healthcare provider, we didn’t want users to have to search for what they need but instead be met with relevant content when visiting the site.
As the person in charge of competitive analysis, I researched healthcare sites with positive feedback from their users. My goal was to find what worked for these other companies that could also work for HealthReach.
I was also responsible for many of the interface parts of the project, such as site architecture and wireframes. The site architecture was very important to the final website, as it would determine how users would traverse the site and what content should be a priority to the user.

Wireframes
While my partner created a style guide for the copy that would match the company’s mission, I used XD to design wireframes that demonstrated how the new site would be displayed. I wanted to keep the same color scheme and general layout as the previous site because it was familiar to current users. The overall goal of the redesign was to enhance current users' experience and encourage new users to join through the easy navigation of the site.
