How-To Crochet
This short how-to video was created to demonstrate my knowledge of various shots and angles in cinematography. In this production, I executed fluid movement between shot changes so that the actions are easily understood by the audience.
The goal of this production was to avoid disorienting jump cuts where the action did not follow through. Close-up shots were used to show the user the materials they need and the exact steps to creating a basic crochet chain. This was also good practice for me in narrations and voice-overs, walking the viewers through each step, and explaining the actions displayed on screen. The final production was edited in Premiere Pro and the voiceover was recorded using Audacity.
